Madeline Poll is a Commodity Risk Management Consultant with Pinion, where she works with dairy, grain, and livestock producers to navigate market volatility and protect profitability. She is passionate about equipping farmers with practical, data-driven solutions that strengthen long-term business resilience.Madeline’s background includes experience in crop insurance and agricultural consulting, where she developed a strong foundation in risk management and client-focused strategy.

Her time working alongside consultants and directly with producers has given her a well-rounded understanding of both the challenges and opportunities within agriculture.She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business Management with a minor in Agricultural Education from SUNY Cobleskill. Her education, paired with hands-on industry experience, allows her to clearly communicate complex strategies and build meaningful relationships with the producers she serves.

Originally from the Northeast, Madeline has a deep appreciation for agriculture and its impact on local communities. She is committed to supporting producers in the region and helping clients make confident, informed decisions in an ever-changing market environment.
