  • Disrupts or interferes with Site functionality

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PINION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF $500 OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESS TO THE SITE.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
