By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, or are unable to comply with them, you must not access or use the Site.

Regardless of the device used to access the Site, your use of the Site is subject to these Terms and any other written agreement between you and Pinion. You also agree to comply with any additional rules, conditions, guidelines, or terms applicable to specific products or services made available through the Site.

Pinion may, in its sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by law, suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site or any portion thereof at any time, with or without notice, and without liability.

Changes to These Terms

License and User Conduct

Pinion grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site solely for your personal or internal business purposes and strictly in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Pinion.

Products or services referenced on the Site are not guaranteed to be provided unless expressly set forth in a formal, signed engagement agreement. Each engagement is governed exclusively by its applicable written agreement.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Violates applicable law or regulation
  • Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Introduces malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Disrupts or interferes with Site functionality
  • Attempts unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Copies, scrapes, monitors, or derives Site content without authorization

The Site and its content are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, accounting, tax, or professional advice. Opinions expressed by individual authors do not necessarily reflect the views of Pinion.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PINION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF $500 OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESS TO THE SITE.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
